The “Heart of Nangang” public metropolitan renewal project jointly cooperated by Taiwan Railway, the city government, Runtai Innovation and Taipei City Housing Center officially obtained the construction license today (27) and entered the construction stage, which is located on the east side of the Nangang Station of the three-rail co-structure, which is the core node of the Eastern District Gateway Project, and is expected to be completed in 2029.<\/p>\n\n

Located in the center of Nangang Software Park, the National Biotechnology Center, the Northern Pop Music Center, the National Convention Center and the Nangang Exhibition Center, the “Heart of Nangang” public metropolitan change project covers a total area of 26,047.65 square meters. The comprehensive effect of driving the development of surrounding industries is expected to be completed in 2029.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, there are three railway tunnels underground, so the parking space is divided into north and south, and the construction difficulty will be overcome in the future, with shopping malls on the 1st to 2nd floors above ground and a three-dimensional corridor connecting the International Convention and Exhibition Center, a 32-storey office building on the southwest side, and 3 37-storey residential buildings on the northeast side.<\/p>\n\n

According to the Taipei City Residential Center, after completion, the North City Government will be able to obtain a transportation transfer station with an area of about 1,509 pings, providing passenger traffic with 23 platforms and 13 spare parking spaces in the central and southern parts of the city and Yihua East. With an area of about 3,820 square meters, the Convention and Exhibition Center will provide a number of meeting rooms of different sizes, with the largest functional exhibition hall accommodating 1,300 people and the whole hall accommodating up to 2,800 people at the same time; In addition, the Taipei City Government can obtain about 3,000 more square meters of office space for start-ups to subsidize start-up industries and combine biotechnology and exhibition activities to drive the local economy.<\/p>\n\n
