Taishou pointed out that there are several major factors that will take over the Sun Moon Hotel this time. First, the Sun Moon Pavilion has a good geographical location, it is the best place in Sun Moon Lake, and it has deep cultural and historical significance, the museum was originally the residence of Crown Prince Hirohito of Japan (later Emperor Showa) in 1923 A.D. when he came to Taiwan, after the National Government moved to Taiwan, it became the Sun Moon Lake Chiang Gong Hotel, and it was once one of Chiang Kai-shek’s favorite hotels, because the hotel is located at the highest point of the Hanbi Peninsula, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the Sun Moon Lake and the vast lake.<\/p>\n\n

Since the Insurance Law stipulates that this case is not within the scope of business that can be directly operated and managed by the insurance industry, it can only obtain 99% of the equity and cannot obtain 100%.<\/p>\n\n
Taishou said that in the past, Taishou has participated in a number of BOT cases, such as the investment in Kaohsiung Master Plan BOT case, Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Stadium BOT case, Yilan Qingshui Hot Spring Development and Tourism and Recreation BOT case, and this participation in the Nantou BOT case is also aimed at cooperating with the government’s policy of encouraging long-term funds in the insurance industry to participate in public construction, and after finding a professional third-party operator, it is expected to obtain long-term rental income, which will help improve long-term stable income.<\/p>\n\n
