In recent years, Taiwan’s science and technology industry has actively upgraded and expanded factories, with prosperous commercial transactions, and the “Nangang large-scale development project” under the domestic building materials industry has been approved by the board of directors, and the Lijin project won the bid, and the starting house will operate until the end of August, and handed over to the Lijin project on the 18th of this month for demolition operations, and the groundbreaking ceremony was held today (19), with a construction period of about 4 and a half years, and the potential development value is rich, and it is expected to become the golden hen of the group.

In 1954, the domestic building materials industry was founded in the third section of Nangang Road, accumulating the strong strength of a jiazi, and now Taiwan has 457,000 square meters of land and 28 concrete plants.

Due to the transportation advantages of Nangang with four railways, coupled with the blessing of the Eastern District Gateway Plan, the top ten private development projects have attracted 100 billion yuan to rush in, making Nangang from a black country to gold, and reversing the impression of the past industrial zone.

The large-scale development project of Nangang of domestic building materials industry is located in the axis of the gateway of the eastern district, and the value of the section is high, and the listed builder Huagu Construction has obtained the land opposite the large-scale development project of Nangang of domestic building materials industry at a sky-high price of 5.13 million yuan per ping. The actual price registration of the index construction project “World Pearl” also shows that the unit price per square meter of commercial offices is up to 1.39 million yuan, and the highest unit price of residential buildings is 1.75 million yuan per square meter, both of which have set a new record for the highest housing prices in Nangang.

Covering an area of 6,500 square meters, the “Nangang Large-scale Development Project” is located near the third section of Nangang Road and Kunyang Street, and only 5 minutes’ drive from Nangang Station. The project will plan two reconstruction sections A and B, section A is a commercial office building fully owned by the domestic building materials group, and section B is the commercial office building of the Taipei City government implemented on behalf of the company, and it is expected that after the development is completed, the domestic building materials group can divide back 46,000 square meters and about 550 parking spaces.

The commercial office building is planned to have 26 floors above ground and 5 floors underground, and the main structure is planned and designed by Foster + Partners, which has won the Pritzker Architecture Prize.

The shopping mall part retains a variety of flexible space planning, which can be done horizontally as a single-storey shopping mall or as a vertical commercial office, among which the large terrace on the 5th floor is 12~18 meters high, using a large number of suspension system design, which can be combined with planting landscapes and theme markets, planning different catering and commercial space use, combining smart buildings with green buildings, and creating a landmark of scientific and technological beauty.
