Guande Construction actively conquered the city in Taiwan, and successfully obtained a larger case in the public capital, conservatively estimating that the land stock has exceeded the 100 billion mark, among them, there are four major cases with a total sales of 10 billion yuan, all of which are located in Shuangbei City, and the fastest progress is the triple prince automobile change case “Guande Xintianhui”, with a total sales of 13 billion yuan, which was officially launched recently, and is expected to obtain a license in the third quarter of next year and enter the account in 2024.
Zhang Sheng’an, executive vice president of Guande, said that two new projects were mainly launched this year, including a total sales of 1.8 billion yuan triple Guande Tianyun, which has been 100% sold out, and the old factory of Prince Automobile has been changed to Guande Xintianhui, which has been made public a few days ago. The cumulative number of land reserves in hand covers 63% of joint construction projects, 25% of public metropolitan renewal projects, 7% of MRT joint development, and reconstruction of the elderly and self-construction.
Zhang Shengan said that Guande currently has a reserve of 78.3 billion yuan, with residential 49.1 billion yuan accounting for 63%, followed by commercial offices accounting for 29.2 billion yuan accounting for 37%, including a total sales of 20.8 billion yuan Xinzhuang Dongyuan old factory office case, 20 billion yuan Zhonghe Dayang Plastics Metropolitan Renewal Project, 13 billion yuan Nangang Taipower North Storage Center AR1 public metropolitan renewal case, etc., will be completed in the next few years.
At present, there are four major cases with a scale of more than 10 billion yuan in the hands of Guande, including Guande Xintianhui, TECO’s old factory case, Dayang Plastics case, and Nangang Taipower case.
Looking forward to next year, Zhang Shengan said that the new housing projects to be completed and handed over next year mainly include the “Shui On Public Metropolitan Change Project” with a total sales of 3.8 billion yuan, the “Guande Tianyun” with a total sales of 1.8 billion yuan, and the sales of new existing houses such as “Guande Xinyi”.
