Wu Cunjin, director of the Land Administration, said that the calculation of the declaration period for the actual price registration should be included in the date of signing, rather than from the next day, and the relevant information such as the transaction price should be correctly declared in accordance with the filling instructions.

Wu Cunjin emphasized that in order to protect the property rights and interests of the people, when there is a change in the real estate registered under the name, through the “cadastral change instant communication” convenience service, you can receive instant notification from the system SMS when the case is “received” and “the change is completed” in advance, so that the malicious transfer behavior of unscrupulous people has nothing to hide.

Lin Yongcheng, director of Zhongzheng Land Office, said that real estate owners can apply for the “cadastral change instant communication” service at the counter of the land administration office with their identity documents, or they can use natural persons and industrial and commercial certificates to log in to apply online (https://dc.land.moi.gov.tw/); If the registration case is entrusted to the land administrator, it can also be applied by the land administrator and the same right holder, and the public does not need to apply for it separately, it is completely free of charge, and all walks of life are welcome to make more use of it.
