On the 26th, Yunpin International signed a strategic alliance with Zongtai Real Estate to build a long-term brand reception center combined with high-end club catering operations, which is the ninth entrusted operation case of Yunpin International, through the concept of sustainable recycling and green building, the introduction of “Michelin three-star catering service”, “TIBA international butler certification team”, “WSET international sommelier team” and other high-standard standards, and it is also the first case of the original reception center with club catering services, so that residents can enjoy the meticulous service of top hotels before handing over the house.
Ding Yuanwei, general manager of Yunpin International, said that Yunpin is optimistic about the future development of Zongtai in Beitun and Shuinan Smart City in Taichung, and agrees that Zongtai will serve as the catering service and sustainability consultant of Zongtai Real Estate this year, and will introduce the practices of sustainable recycling, energy saving and waste reduction in the hotel into luxury residential properties, and can provide high-quality exclusive catering services for Zongtai’s brand reception center in Taichung Shuinan Central Park Special Zone. The goal is to become the ceiling standard for an exclusive experience in the high-end luxury housing market.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Zongtai, to create the “ASIA1 Zongtai Water Nanan Sustainable Center” as a customer service center, Weng Yuling, chairman of Zongtai Real Estate, explained that this site will be a long-term joint reception center established by Zongtai and Yunpin for the construction and property of Shuinan area, covering an area of 1730 square meters, with a construction ping of about 300 square meters, the first floor is an exhibition and catering experience space, which can provide independent box gatherings and open bar networking spaces, and the second floor is a house appreciation center and a family banquet center. It will introduce Michelin-starred catering services to provide consumers who enjoy and buy houses with a new and honorable food and beverage culture, and it is also a platform for Tai Real Estate to promote a sustainable community.
In addition to combining the cultural and artistic and innovative ideas that Yunpin has always attached importance to expand the benefits of brand alliance, at the same time, with international standards such as Michelin three-star culinary team, TIBA international butler certification team, WSET international sommelier team, etc., so that the extension service and top-level enjoyment of five-star hotels can be provided to consumers of Zongtai Shopping House.
It is understood that the long-term joint reception center is expected to be officially put into operation in the first quarter of 2023 and will provide more consumers and residents with a unique consumption experience.
